Making a paper into a shape you want is not that hard. You may heard about 'die cutting'. It is just a simple knife cut with various shapes you want.

We make the die cut knife with metal bending machine and put it on the wooden plate to make a firm shaped knife and press it with it at the very last step of the printing process.
Die cutting allows you to have various shapes, pretty much everything that you can think of, with a cost effective way.
